Returns Policy

We hope you will love your purchases, however if you don’t you may return unwanted ‘sealed’ goods to us by post or another suitable delivery service of your choice to our returns address at:

Please note that any unwanted ‘sealed’ goods must be returned at the customer’s expense. ‘Sealed’ goods must be returned in their original packaging and condition, along with your name, address, email address, telephone number, order number and proof of purchase. You can no longer return ‘sealed’ goods once you have opened the product containers or used the products. However, your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will be unaffected. Please ensure that you return goods within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods in their original condition. This refund includes the total cost of goods sent only. It does not include the delivery charge. Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping. We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged or lost in transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage, and to obtain a proof of postage certificate. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or refund refused.

 

Edible Products

Edible goods such as olive oil and halloumi cheese are ‘sealed products’ that are not suitable for return once opened due to health and hygiene reasons. Therefore, we cannot accept returns of these goods for exchange or refund. However, your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will be unaffected.

 

 

Late Returns

Items must be returned within 14 working days from the date of delivery. Returns received outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of OliveOlive, and, depending on the circumstances, may not be refunded.

 

 

Faulty Items
