We're really excited to have been invited to feature in a brand new full colour softback book showcasing the best that our region has to offer from the thriving community of independent artisanal food lovers.
The Cambridgeshire Cook Book will feature the stories and recipes behind some of the region’s finest food producers, restaurants, café bars, growers, gastro pubs, farm shops, delicatessens and food industry providers.
We'll be featured alongside the 2 Michelin star restaurant Midsummer House, whose Chef Patron is Daniel Clifford, among others.
The book will be on sale from us and at all of the participating outlets and in national book chains as well as independent bookshops, boutiques, deli’s and gift shops.
