The Cambridgeshire Cook Book has finally arrived and at 192 pages long and in full colour throughout, it looks fantastic.
A celebration of all that's great about the thriving food scene in Cambridgeshire, we're delighted to be involved and taking pride of place on the front cover.
The book has a foreword by Daniel Clifford, winner of 2 Michelin Stars and proprietor of the famous Midsummer House restaurant in Cambridge.
We are profiled inside along with a recipe of one of Pam's many fantastic dishes. We didn't have a name for this dish so we just called it That Chicken & Olive Thing and it stuck. Comprising of chicken, olives, bacon, leeks, halloumi cheese and our olive oil - what's not to like?!
There are over 40 recipes in the book from some fantastic Cambridgeshire food producers and restaurants including Daniel Clifford, The Willow Tree, The Larder at Burwash, Shelford Delicatessen, Sedgewicks Charcuterie, The Blue Lion, Gog Magog Farm Shop, Inders kitchen and loads more.
The book retails for £14.95 and is available at all the outlets featured in the book. You can also purchase it from us directly at any of our events and our online shop.
