Packaging

We pledge to play our part in every way to support a more sustainable environment. When packing your order, we will only use re-used, recycled, recyclable or biodegradable packaging. 

 

Standard UK Delivery

Spend £40 or more for free delivery or pay £3.99 for orders under £40 (UK ONLY, delivering Mon-Sat, not including Bank Holidays. Orders containing halloumi cheese: 24hrs. All other orders: 48hrs.) 

 

Delivery to remote areas may result in increased delivery charge and we may be unable to offer free delivery in these areas. Please email info@oliveolive.co.uk BEFORE placing your order if you are unsure and we will quote your shipping charge.

 

We do not currently deliver outside of the United Kingdom.

 

Collection

Choose 'Collect from OliveOlive' at checkout to pick up your order from us at Grange Farm Business Park, Old Hurst Road, Woodhurst, Cambridgeshire PE28 3BQ without shipping charge. By prior arrangement only as our site is not always manned. 

 

Delivery Addresses

Please ensure the full delivery address is entered correctly including the correct postcode. Couriers will not consider compensation for lost items if the delivery address and postcode are not 100% correct. OliveOlive cannot be held responsible for items lost where an incorrect delivery address has been provided.

Not Home

UK Delivery – should you be out when the courier arrives with your order, they will attempt to re-deliver up to three times.

When placing your order, you will have the option to leave a note for the courier should you wish them to leave your order in a safe place.

Out of Stock Items

If there is an issue with stock availability we will notify you via telephone or email to advise you of the estimated lead time. If you would prefer to cancel the order we will cancel it and send a full refund.
