It is made with a non-animal rennet so is 100% vegetarian friendly.

- Halloumi must be refrigerated or frozen on receipt.
- For 1-3kg orders, halloumi comes in various weights between approximately 200-350g.
- The halloumi is kept cool by our reusable ice packs and environmentally friendly packaging which keep the halloumi chilled for up to 48 hrs.
- Halloumi orders received after midday on Thursday may be shipped the following week.
- We want your halloumi to arrive in tip-top condition, so in extremely warm weather we'll wait until the temperature drops before shipping.
- Please ensure you can take safe receipt of the package in warmer weather and refrigerate (or freeze) immediately on arrival.
