Chef's notes: "This dip was born out of a mum moment — I made it to jazz up my daughter's lunchbox and she loved it so much she started asking for it by name! Use it as a dip, a sandwich spread or stirred through pasta. Finished with OliveOlive extra virgin olive oil and Greek Seasoning Blend for salad, it goes from simple to something really special!"
INGREDIENTS
1 avocado
120g (1 cup) blanched peas
Handful of fresh mint leaves
2 small cloves of garlic
Zest and juice of 1 lime
1 tsp OliveOlive Greek Seasoning Blend for Salad
Salt and black pepper to taste
For added texture:
Handful of plum tomatoes, chopped
Optional toppings:
Chopped olives
Crumbled feta
Grated halloumi
METHOD
Add the avocado, blanched peas, fresh mint, garlic, lime zest and juice, OliveOlive extra virgin olive oil, Greek Seasoning Blend for Salad, salt and black pepper to a blender.
Blend coarsely — you want some texture, not a completely smooth paste!
Transfer to a serving bowl and fold in the chopped plum tomatoes for added texture.
Top with chopped olives and crumbled feta or halloumi if using.
Drizzle with a little extra OliveOlive extra virgin olive oil to finish. Serve with pitta, crackers, or use as a spread on sandwiches!
Meetu's Pea, Avocado and Mint Dip recipe is incredibly versatile — use it as a dip, slather it on a sandwich roll, stir it through pasta or add it to your lunchbox alongside roasted vegetables!

Hey guys, a colleague from Manchester sent me https://restorationcake.co.uk/ after we joked about how many UK gambling sites feel identical nowadays. I became interested because the site reviewed casinos based on payment methods, withdrawal speed, and mobile compatibility rather than only giant bonuses. I picked one recommendation with Apple Pay support and was relieved that deposits worked instantly. The live casino tables also loaded quickly, which made the overall experience feel much less frustrating than usual.
Things haven't been going my way with online games lately, just one losing streak after another. Then a mate from work told me about Lets Jackpot – so I gave it a shot. First couple of rounds felt like more of the same, but suddenly I hit a decent bonus. Covered my losses from earlier that week and even walked away with a little extra. That session gave me back the excitement I'd been missing and reminded me why I enjoy playing in the first place. Sometimes a random recommendation is all it takes to turn things around.
Hey everyone, I found Lucky Manor Casino while reading comments under a UK live cooking stream after the host's food processor broke down and caused a massive delay. Somebody joked that the delay gave them enough time to turn their luck around online, which made me curious enough to test the site myself. What I liked immediately was that the games loaded seamlessly and the interface didn’t feel overcrowded. I’d already had several unlucky sessions recently, so expectations were low, but somehow a few lucky wins arrived at the perfect moment and changed the whole night.
