We've been going almost 10 years so we have a bit of catching up to do! We finally started a blog page where we can share news and updates. This first post is basically a
our mission statement, and sets out how we like to operate. We may well tweak this from time to time but in essence, here goes (in no particular order):
We will provide outstanding artisan made products
We will provide outstanding customer service
We will run our business in an environmentally responsible way as far as possible, and we are always open to suggestions on how we can improve
We will provide value for money. We know you can get cheaper in the supermarkets, but we believe you get what you pay for
