Halloumi must be refrigerated or frozen on receipt.
For 1-3kg orders, halloumi comes in various weights between approximately 200-350g.
The halloumi is kept cool by our reusable ice packs and environmentally friendly packaging which keep the halloumi chilled for up to 48hrs.
Halloumi orders received after midday on Thursday may be shipped the following week.
We want your halloumi to arrive in tip-top condition, so in extremely warm weather we'll wait until the temperature drops before shipping.
Please ensure you can take safe receipt of the package in warmer weather and refrigerate (or freeze) immediately on arrival.
